ABOUT ME

I am continually learning new theories and techniques to utilize in aiding those on their journey to wellness. I would describe myself as eclectic in my approach. I find EMDR to be one of the most effective forms of processing through past trauma, anxiety, and stressful situations.

Therapy is a collaboration of working to find the skills to aid you when making your desired changes. Tools to build emotional regulation when working through trauma, anxiety, familial issues, boundary setting, guilt, shame, etc. I will work with you to build a plan of treatment to aid you reaching your desired goals.
